    All deliveries are at a flat rate of £6.99 (UK Mainland only)
    Please allow 2 to 3 working days for your order to arrive.
    If you require a next day delivery (UK Mainland) or Evening / Weekend delivery (London & M25 only) then please call us on +447855256677 to arrange it.
    All customers within London and the M25 will be contacted to arrange delivery times.

    Special instructions regarding the delivery can be left in the comment box when placing your order; however we will not accept responsibility for damage or theft if we are to leave the goods outside a house or a flat. (If you have friendly neighbours they are usually the best option if you are out).

    For Non-Mainland UK addresses please contact us and we will do our utmost to fulfil your order.

    We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box.

    Returns:
    In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel or return your order, please do so within 7 days of receiving the consignment. The wine will have to be unopened, in good condition and sent back at your own expense. We will then refund you in full on receipt of the goods.
